Hatchelet Project – Hadera

“Hatchelet" project is a land area located next to the beach, about 180 square meters from the shoreline and water - within a plan approved for residence.
According to the approved municipal and district outline plan, Hadera is expected to double the number of housing units in the city (by 2026). For the implementation of the plan, approximately 10,000 dunams have been allocated for the development of industrial, commercial, occupation and residential areas. The city of Hadera includes an amazing stretch of beach of about 8 km, large parks, entertainment and shopping areas, a museum and a high-quality education system.
Recently, a national outline plan was approved by the local, district and national committees, as an outline plan for the city of Hadera. The purpose of the plan - improving the city’s image, intelligent utilization of the existing spaces and turning the city of Hadera into a hub of regional cultural activity.
The purpose of the plan - the establishment of the city of Hadera as a city constituting a district center, creation of a planning framework for the city with a capacity of minimally 185,000 residents - outlining the planning principles for the new residential neighborhoods. In addition:
The transformation of Hadera into a touristic beach town.
The preservation, strengthening and development of the surrounding green envelope of the city.
Creating the levers for the renewal of the present city.
Development of the urban transport system and its connection to the national system.
The proposed land is an area of private land (land registry) included within an approved plan and defined by the committees as land classified for residential purposes.
This complex (Complex 02) includes the area between Highway 2 and the sea, from the south of Hadera Stream to the existing neighborhood north of Menachem Begin Rd., this complex is located adjacent to the new and large park which will be within close proximity to the beach.
The construction will be mixed saturated and combine high-rise buildings.
