North Park Project – New Hadera

North of the prestigious Park neighborhood in New Hadera, a new residential project is being established as part of the continuation of the construction plan of the Park neighborhood in New Hadera.

The project is in its second planning stage of construction permits in the city outline plan that was approved for residential use in 2014 by the planning committees.

The project is located in a unique area north of Hadera Park and east of Hadera Stream - a prime location.

The land is included in a residential plan for the construction of luxury apartment buildings in saturated construction of buildings with up to 16 floors.

The Park neighborhood is a new neighborhood under current construction, expected to include about 2200 housing units, parks, walking and bicycle lanes, as of 2018 about 1800 new families live in the neighborhood, while the housing process continues...

The city of Hadera has recently been undergoing changes, transformations and revolutions, as a result of massive investment by the municipality and related parties, mainly in terms of education, welfare, the personal security provided to residents, employment, infrastructure, environmental quality and quality of life.

The city spreads over an area of about 53,000 dunams and its neighborhoods are distant from the city center on the one hand and from one neighborhood to another on the other.

As a result of all of the above, the city has become attractive for a number of years, attracting a young and relatively established population, more than in the past. Moreover, the development of the eastern "park neighborhood" (near the land referred to in the opinion), as well as the Highway 9, are an example of this massive development and the absorption of a high-quality, young and educated population.
